RM26 billion now versus RM10.35 billion before
If the buyer himself values the land at RM26 billion now - double of the RM10.35 billion valuation when the sale agreement was signed in Dec 2015 and the buyer misses their payments according to the agreement despite 12 extensions granted, what should the govt do?
